‘Lightroom’ is a beer box sculpture used as a light showroom for an arts & light festival. Conceived as a solo piece in a huge hangar, scale and color fit into the existing architecture, to allow an intimate space that shelts a minimal lighting concept. Three diferent circles for three diferent lighting degrees, where lights and shadows go through the boxes and define a texture on flooring.
The lamps inside are called ‘Foraba Yelen‘. Promoted by Matteo Ferroni, this recycled materials device is helping to minimize problems of energy independence in rural Mali.
